About Us

The Mid Florida Lakes Homeowners Association is comprised of homeowners in the Mid Florida

 Lakes Yacht Club. Our community is a '55-plus Park' and consists of nearly 1300 homes on

County  Road 44  between Leesburg and Eustis Florida. We are a waterfront community with

many homes located  on two small lakes and several canals. All waterways lead to Haines Creek,

which is part of the Harris Chain of Lakes.

This association promotes, develops, and maintains conditions appropriate for the

 social and recreational activities of its members. The volunteers of our club are

 responsible for creating a lifestyle which allows all of us to enjoy our retirement years to the

fullest. The many clubs and  programs  in our community ensures that every day will be full of

activities and challenges for each of us.
 

This association  also represents the members in negotiations with the
management firm and/or owners of Mid Florida Lakes Yacht Club (formerly
known as Mid Florida Lakes), on matters affecting the common interest of members.
